First, I am not a "low carb" trailer - not definitely, extremely low carb diets are healthy. However, I think the main reason that most people struggling to lose weight is because of the excessive consumption of processed carbohydrates like white bread, cereals, pasta, rice, soft drinks and chocolate bars (only name a few).
If you are consuming a combination of these types of refined carbohydrates and processed, it is increasinglydifficult to lose weight, no matter how hard you work.
Not only is the excessive consumption of carbohydrate causes wide fluctuations in blood sugar and insulin surges (direct physical contact stimulates fat storage), but also increases the appetite and desire.
Although many people believe that carbohydrates are "healthy" calories that do not actually contain any significant nutritional value. Where many brands of cereals and bread entitled to "full bloom", the main componentused in them is refined flour - to create the spikes in blood sugar spikes insulin. After many years of eating refined carbohydrates in the course more difficult for insulin to work to do to continue to deal with blood sugar and insulin resistance and subsequent type 2 diabetes may occur in some people.
My opinion is that these people would be to reduce the weight to fight for better results:
• Reduced total "wheat-based" food surplus in the diet (eg, crackers,Pasta, rice, biscuits, cereals ..) and focus more on your diet free "grazing" range meat and eggs, dairy products, and most vegetables.
Instead of grains for most of your carbohydrate intake, try to get your carbs mainly from vegetables, potatoes, and (to remove the fruit juice for example, which are important nutrients in fruits, fibers positive) a variety of whole fruits.
• If you are going to eat cereal, make sure to focus on nutrient densityParts of the grain - the bran and germ. So it's a healthier alternative to oat bran and oatmeal instead of adding wheat germ and rice bran to your yogurt, soups, salads, cottage cheese, smoothies eat .. etc. This will ensure that you get all the nutrients of the grain and calorie dense items without too much unnecessary stress.
• If the habit of eating large quantities of pasta, bread, cereals, etc.. Replace them with healthy fats such as nuts,Avocado, seeds, guacamole, nut butters and healthy proteins such as "pasture" grass "fed" meat milk and eggs from free distance and so on. Healthy fats and protein sources are really helpful in controlling blood sugar and hormone levels to satisfy your appetite and helps with the significant progress made on your permanent weight loss.
