Your energy bar or protein bar can actually masked Junk Food Let sent

You see them everywhere these days ... bars that claim to build healthy and good for weight loss or muscle, but if you read the labels you will see an endless list of chemicals, sugars, processed trans fats and other overly processed ingredients harmful.

There are so many types of "health bars" and "protein bar" on the market today, as you know, when you get something really healthy or just junk foodDisguise?

Again, as I talked about grocery store food choices, you really need to know how to read labels if you are looking for a chance for a truly healthy food bar.

To be honest, most of the bars in and out ... Junk Bar candy bars disguised through labeling as a health food.

Only a few weeks ago I went to a bike with a friend and needed a guide bar to make sure I had enough energy for the bikerace.

Well, I do not have bars on me, my friend gave me another bar had a Slim Fast.

Note that the Slim Fast bars are marketed as natural products for weight loss.

These things are just flat out a joke ... there is nothing even remotely nutritional about them. In my opinion, Slim Fast bar is worse for you chocolate bars!

The first ingredient in this bar that my friend gave me was corn syrup! Then the secondIngredient was sugar (hooray more sugar!), Followed by hydrogenated oils (source of deadly trans fats). Then the list went on with nothing but waste, such as flavorings, colorings, artificial sweeteners evil, more hydrogenated refined oils, and rounded with some highly processed soy protein isolate (which is not healthy despite popular belief, soy prepared for you ... I go in detail about the future in a debate article) only for the body a bit 'more trash.

Not only arethis "weight loss" bars a disaster nutritionally for you, but the bar tasted absolutely horrible! He knew of chemicals and too much sugar (no surprise, with all the sugar, corn syrup, sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners). This is a prime example of "over-engineering" of food.

So how do you determine a healthy protein bar or bar?

I'm looking for simplicity in a good bar, many of the most healthy and tasty bar that I found, area few basic ingredients such as nuts, seeds and fruits. I also look for organic ingredients and raw materials, if possible.

Some of my favorite truly healthy bars:

1. Organic Food Bar - This is actually the brand name.

Depending on what flavor are usually made with organic almond butter (or cashew butter) with a specific type of fruit, organic seeds, organic biosprouts (quinoa, etc) and some organic rice protein. Some flavorsa dark organic chocolate. They have several bars, ingredients to use only raw materials.

Not only are these bars extremely nutritious, but I think they are delicious as well and have much more flavor to choose from, such as chocolate chip, blueberry, cranberry, high protein content, e.

You will not find these bars at your local grocery store, but I saved it was at various health food stores.

2. Lara Bars - These are even simpler inIngredients for organic food bars. Lara bars are usually only 2 or 3 ingredients, and mostly raw ... Mix chopped nuts with a type of fruit is the usual combination, but can vary a lot of different flavors of Sun

These are also delicious and you will never see a list of chemicals a mile long list of ingredients in their ... particularly nuts and fruit, and that's all! Simple is better. This is a bar of high quality. Also, you probably will not find these inlocal grocery store, but I found these in various health food markets.

If you actually find truly healthy bars like these examples to make them work very fast snack while driving or while you are on.

I wear a bit on me almost every time, just to be sure you have healthy options to eat whenever I need a quick snack, so they are not tempted by fast food machines and junk food vending machines.
